We’re a real food brand rooted in Dripping Springs, TX, known for our locally sourced and clean ingredient Farm to Table Burritos.
Now we’re upgrading from our commercial kitchen to a new food trailer offering not only our signature frozen, heat & eat burritos but also fresh burritos made to order. For the last 4 years we've perfected our recipes, partnered with local farms, and have grown a cult following in the community. Our food trailer will allow us to better serve the community and is located at One Shot Brewery & Distillery.
We’re looking for a line cook who has experience with:
- Scratch kitchens (making everything from real food; bone broth, aiolis, sauces)
- Gluten/Grain-free cooking
- Grass fed beef, pastured pork & chicken
- Single-handedly running the hot line during service
- High-volume kitchens
- Burritos (duh lol)
Hours of Operation:
- Friday: 5-9
- Saturday: 12-9
- Sunday: 12-9
majority of prep will be Friday morning
does not include opening/closing SOPs
Compensation:
$20-25 per hr (DOE)
